Job Description
SILICON BOX PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pick and Place Process Engineer. This role involves developing production processes, ensuring machine buyoff, and transferring processes from pilot to production lines. You will troubleshoot, control processes through SPC, and coordinate with vendors on quality issues. A strong background in semiconductor manufacturing and hands-on experience in wafer-level fanout or LCD/FPD production lines is essential.
Candidates should hold a minimum degree in Engineering and have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a cleanroom environment.
