Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for day-to-day operations, including supply chain services, inventory control, material handling, and more. Responsibilities include:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the production cycle.
• Determine material requirements based on engineering and production schedules.
• Coordinate material movement efficiently with purchasing, production, and engineering.
• Responsible for procurement data input, maintaining bills of material, and parts/commodities numbers.
• Provide administrative support for supply chain and procurement department activities.
• Maintain documentation files and logs, input information into computer systems.
• Evaluate customer support commitments and serve as a liaison between sales and operations teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, participate in data analysis for inventory planning.
• Other duties as assigned.
