Job Description
The incumbent is responsible for day-to-day operations, including supply chain services, inventory control, material handling, and more. Responsibilities include:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor material movement through the production cycle.
- Determine material requirements based on engineering and production schedules.
- Coordinate material movement efficiently with purchasing, production, and engineering.
- Responsible for procurement data input, maintaining bills of material, and parts/commodities numbers.
- Provide administrative support for supply chain and procurement department activities.
- Maintain documentation files and logs, input information into computer systems.
- Evaluate customer support commitments and serve as a liaison between sales and operations teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, participate in data analysis for inventory planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
