Job Description
Responsibilities :
Engage Existing Portfolio Clients for Cross-Selling:
- Operating Accounts & Deposits: Identify opportunities to acquire new operating accounts and deposits from existing clients.
- Wealth Solutions Referrals: Actively refer clients to wealth management solutions such as bancassurance, foreign exchange services, and investment products.
- Straight2Bank Sign-ups: Promote and facilitate the activation of Straight2Bank services for business clients.
- Referrals for Loans Products: Identify and refer clients who may benefit from business installment loans or property loans.
Participate in Sales Campaigns:
- Actively engage in sales campaigns to promote specific products or services to portfolio clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns effectively.
Assist in Periodic Account Reviews:
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to align products with their needs.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities based on client changes.
Adhere to Code of Conduct:
- Maintain strict adherence to ethical standards in client interactions and business activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Support Team Growth and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business growth targets.
- Share knowledge with team members to enhance performance.
- Create a collaborative and supportive team environment.
