Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Postpartum and Infant Care Specialist to join our team. As a specialist in postpartum and infant care, you will provide essential support and guidance to new mothers and their newborns during the critical early postpartum period.
Your responsibilities will include assisting new mothers with breastfeeding techniques, diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and general care for the newborn. You will also provide guidance on postpartum recovery, including emotional support and assistance with sleep and relaxation techniques.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with newborns and mothers, with knowledge of the latest best practices in postpartum and infant care. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse populations are essential.
