Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Premium Host at Offshore Airports. As a Premium host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for our high-value passengers.
Your main responsibilities will include greeting passengers, assisting with check-in and security procedures, organizing luggage and ensuring its safe handling, and offering personalized assistance throughout their journey. You will also be expected to handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally and efficiently.
To qualify for this position, you must have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in a customer service role and knowledge of airport operations is preferred.
