Job Description
What the role is: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to lead a transformative initiative on the MySkillsFuture portal.
What you will be working on:
- Redesign and implement a new service journey.
- Oversee seamless user journeys across digital products.
- Conduct UX assessments and usability testing.
- Design UI prototypes and iterate ideas.
- Ensure ops-tech integration and develop operational guidelines.
- Track data insights and manage user enquiries via SLAs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in UX/UI design and website development.
- Proficient with Adobe Analytics and design tools.
- Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
Contract: 2 years, with potential for extension.
