Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Principal Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Principal Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing specialized care to patients with respiratory conditions and assisting in the development and implementation of respiratory therapy programs.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, administering therapeutic treatments, monitoring patient progress, and participating in interdisciplinary healthcare teams. In addition, you will provide guidance and mentorship to junior respiratory therapists, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, be licensed as a Respiratory Therapist, and have a minimum of five years of experience in clinical respiratory practice. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach are essential for success.
