Job Description
Work Location: Choa Chu Kang
Work Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7am to 5.00pm
Friday: 7am to 4pm (1hr lunch)
Contract Period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025
Job Responsibilities:
- Photocopy, laminate, bind, shred documents
- Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in Printing Room
- Maintain the Printing Room in a neat and clean condition
- Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms
Job Requirements:
a. Have experience in similar job scope
b. Candidate preferably have experience in printing and administration duties
c. Candidate preferably have at least a Pass in WISE English Language Module 4, or equivalent
d. Candidate should display traits such as service excellence, service-oriented attitude, meticulous with details, and efficient in meeting work deadlines
