Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments on potential investment opportunities
- Prepare investment memoranda, financial models, and other documentation for presentation to investors
- Assist in the execution of transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and closing processes
- Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, working collaboratively with management teams to drive operational improvements
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies
