Recruit Avenue is searching for a dynamic PE/VC Director with a strong background in deal origination and execution. The ideal candidate will build and lead a focused team to source, screen, secure, and execute investment opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead due diligence and deal structuring processes.
• Maintain industry relationships and partnerships.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Experience in Circular Economy, Sustainability, or Green Industrials is highly preferred.

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
