Job Description
Responsibilities
- Tasked to review existing processes, take measurements, and interpret data (SCADA)
- Perform risk assessments
- Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow
- Monitor operations and maintenance of facility processes
- Supervise the implementation of new processes and procedures
- Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
- Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Participate and perform PSM and Hazop study
- Become a turnkey manager to plan and execute plant shutdown
