Job Description
Our client, RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD., a Global Manufacturing MNC, is seeking a Process Staff Engineer to join their team in the North. If you are passionate about developing manufacturing processes and enhancing capabilities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing and metrology processes
- Procure and enhance new equipment
- Lead projects for process improvement
- Provide support during production phases and training
- Supervise department engineers and guide improvement projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers
- Support in resolving manufacturing issues and quality improvement
- Participate in training and publications
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant process engineering experience
