Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle daily procurement operation tasks.
- Ensure all documents related to the delivery of goods are returned to HQ.
- Perform document matching (Purchase Order, Delivery Order, and Suppliers’ invoices) during system receiving.
- Maintain accurate records and filings for assigned tasks.
- Participate in the implementation of cost-efficient and effective purchasing strategies.
- Ensure and promote compliance in accordance with company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with both suppliers and colleagues.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing role, preferably in M&E / Construction / Marine industry.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP software is an added advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Effective time and stress management under a fast-paced environment.
