Job Description
- Liaise with Users and Vendors for procurement related activities.
- Solicit best bids in accordance with the company’s standard procurement policies and procedures.
- Address clearly the agreed specification requirements, terms and conditions to Vendors.
- Assist Procurement Manager to prepare and conduct bids evaluation analysis.
- Organize technical and commercial clarification meetings with vendor if required.
- Expedite for vendors’ quotations and users’ decision in accordance to agreed timeline.
- Assist Procurement Manager to prepare procurement related documents.
- Manage proper e-filing of Procurement related documents.
- Assist to archive hardcopy of old RFQ documents and organise vendors’ samples.
