Job Description
Location: Central & West
Salary: $2500 – $2900
Duration: 1-year contract (Extendable 5+5 years)
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Support with raising procurement requests and goods receipt via Authorities IT systems
- Liaise with vendors for item availability and delivery schedule
- Process Request For Quotation (RFQ) to vendors
- Educate employees on procurement policies and processes
- Provide monthly procurement status reports
- Respond to employees’ queries on procurement matters
- Assist with audit checks and reports
- Meet quality service standards and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel)
- Experience in SAP and Business Warehouse is advantageous
