Job Description

Job Responsibility:

• Implement procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Identify and manage vendors, including contract development and compliance, and vendor performance.
• Exercise good working knowledge of materials and sources of supply and make purchases at prices consistent with quality and quantity requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
• Issue Purchase Orders, update Purchase Order status, and update Project Costs.
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as directed by the Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of import and export regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to start work within a short notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2,500.00 – $3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
• Performance bonus

Experience:

• Purchasing: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
