Job Description
What the role is
The officer will report to the Team Lead and be responsible for providing support to divisions on procurement matters.
What you will be working on
Manage procurement operations, review policies, process purchase requests, provide guidance, prepare reports, support audits, projects, and other assigned duties.
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in procurement, preferably in a public agency
- Knowledge of Government Instruction Manual on Procurement and GeBIZ system preferred
- Proficient in MS Office tools and other IT tools
- Good writing and communication skills
- Organized, meticulous, with good reasoning skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
