Job Description
Location: Joo Koon
Working Days: Mon – Fri
Working Hours: 8.30 AM – 5.45 PM
Basic: $3800 – $4200 (Depends on experience)
Job Duties:
- To troubleshoot and optimize process for Liquid Silicon Rubber and Non-LSR
- To perform process validation and window study for thermoplastics and thermoset resin.
- To provide timely support in failure analysis and troubleshooting any process related issues to resolve quality issues.
- To demonstrate a strong teamwork spirit among all level of people.
- Provide coaching, training, and guidance to junior technician.
- Proactively identifies safety issues and resolves them according to EHS policies.
Job Requirements:
- High level of attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and strive for internal and external customer service.
- Good understanding of Medical product molding and clean-room environment.
- Knowledge in robotic/EOAT programming and setting.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
