Job Description
Dyna-Mac Holdings is seeking a skilled Production Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will take meeting minutes, prepare correspondence for back charge letters, and assist with client communication. Key tasks include maintaining project registers and supporting project events.
Applicants should have a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, with at least 3 years of project administration experience in the Marine or Oil & Gas industry. Strong minute-taking skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
