Job Description
Applicants will need to fulfill the following responsibilities – on-the-job training will be available.
Requirements:
- Ability to work as a team
- Some working experience will be beneficial
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Multi-lingual will be an advantage
- 5.5 day work week
- Coordinate warehouse activities and manage warehouse operations
- Oversee production team
- Ensure workplace safety
- Coordinate and manage warehouse production and packing for daily delivery
- Monitor, control and update incoming and outgoing inventory; and stocks on hand
- Monitor and control inventory movement by conducting regular stock check and stock take and document ‘in’ and ‘out’ stock movement
- Compile daily report on tasks required
- Daily housekeeping of production premises
- Provide administrative support for order fulfillment and deliveries
- Perform other duties as assigned
The successful candidate must have:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Having some related working experience in a warehouse environment, packing, or fruit industry knowledge would be useful
- Inventory Management knowledge will be useful
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 7am to 4pm
Saturday: 7am to 1pm
