Job Description
Responsibility:
- Manage and assist with the preparation of meal ingredients in accordance with the daily food production schedule (including chopping, washing, and proportioning meal ingredients).
- Assemble, package, and seal meals in the food assembly line in accordance with instructions given.
- Handle ingredients and meals in a proper manner as directed.
- Wash and appropriately store all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes.
- Perform general and routine housekeeping of the kitchen to ensure it is always kept in a safe and sanitary condition.
- Provide overall administrative support to the kitchen when needed.
- Determine and monitor equipment and materials needed to cover production demand.
- Monitor performance to assess the ability to meet quality and requirements.
- Ensure sufficiency of finished products.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Perform any other duties that the Company may assign from time to time.
