The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations at our facility in Singapore. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and quality regulations, leading production teams, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will develop production strategies, monitor quality checks, and promote lean manufacturing practices.

This position requires strong leadership skills, a degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. You’re expected to maintain a safe work environment and coordinate with other departments to achieve production goals.
