Job Description
Our client, RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD., is a Manufacturing company in the Biomedical industry. They are currently expanding and seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor to join their team. This role is essential in developing and managing the production team to achieve high-performance levels. The company is conveniently located in the North.
Duties:
- Assist in overseeing daily production operations to ensure smooth running
- Supervise the production team, including manpower and machine allocation
- Execute and provide training to production staff for efficient job performance
- Maintain and enhance molding processes to minimize discrepancies
- Complete ad hoc assignments assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Hold a diploma in any discipline
