Job Description
Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5
Work Hours: Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm / 3pm to 11pm)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate department activities and projects to ensure quality and meet timelines
- Recommend and coordinate required changes based on process analysis
- Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals
- Responsible for staff scheduling to include: work assignments/rotations, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations
- Conduct interviews, hire new operators, and provide employee orientation
- Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews
- Coach and provide career development advice to staff
Requirements:
- Min “O” Level with 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Good team player and interpersonal skills
Compliance with RBA standards
