Q & M ENTERPRISES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will assist our manufacturing staff in achieving company goals through clear communication, training, and monitoring job results.

Key responsibilities include enforcing policies, implementing cost-saving strategies, ensuring production schedules, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications include supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of production planning in chemical manufacturing.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500 – $3,500/month

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
