Job Description

Alcon is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Technical Operations Technician II to operate and maintain DSM Flex and LS1 manufacturing equipment for contact lens production. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, communicating issues to supervisors, planning lot changes, troubleshooting equipment problems, and providing training for new technicians.

The ideal candidate will support investigations into non-conformance and customer complaints while ensuring compliance with GMP, HSE, and Data Integrity regulations. Additional duties involve maintaining 5S standards and contributing to projects aimed at enhancing overall equipment effectiveness, productivity, and safety.
