Job Description

St. Hilda’s Community Services Centre is seeking a dedicated Program Assistant to support our initiatives for the elderly and children in the community. The successful candidate will assist in conceptualizing, organizing, and executing various events and programs, manage logistical setups, and facilitate daily activities for elderly participants. Responsibilities include recording attendance, ensuring participant safety, assisting with billing and accounting, preparing activity materials, and collating data for reporting. Additionally, the Program Assistant will respond to inquiries and assist in grocery ration distribution.
