Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the execution of ongoing programs and managing the roll-out of new education programs.

As our Program Executive, you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of education programs and ensure that they are completed on budget and on schedule. This is a challenging role that requires strong organizational skills and a passion for education.

The responsibilities of the Program Executive include:

  • Working closely with the program design team to understand program content and delivery methods.
  • Developing information materials related to the programs.
  • Conducting outreach activities for existing and new groups of clients, primarily education institutions.
  • Tracking program enrollment and assisting with any queries related to the enrollment process.
  • Assisting with the booking of venues and facilities for the programs.
  • Coordinating with various vendors for materials and supplies related to the program and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Overseeing the program execution, including managing temporary staff hired during program execution.
  • Analyzing and presenting feedback data from the programs conducted.
