Job Description
Dementia Singapore is seeking a dedicated Programme Coordinator to enhance our client-focused programmes for seniors. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading individual and group activities tailored to the needs and preferences of our clients.
Key responsibilities include orientating new clients, applying the Person-Centred Care approach, managing supplies, and ensuring the overall quality of programmes. Ideal candidates will have GCE “O” levels, a passion for working with seniors, and skills in hands-on activities such as baking, arts & crafts, and singing. Patience, independence, and teamwork are essential.
