Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Programme Executive to join our Arts and Culture team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various arts and cultural programs and events.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative arts and cultural programs to engage and inspire the community.
- Collaborate with artists, performers, and cultural organizations to curate events and exhibitions.
- Manage program budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate logistics and oversee the smooth execution of events and performances.
- Evaluate program outcomes and provide recommendations for improvements.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for arts and culture, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team. A degree in arts management or a related field is preferred.
