Job Description

The Programme Executive for the Community Outreach Development Department will play a vital role in planning, implementing, and monitoring outreach programs to engage with and support communities. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for community development, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. The Programme Executive will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives that aim to uplift and empower communities while addressing their unique needs.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify community needs and develop outreach programs accordingly.
  • Create comprehensive program plans, including objectives, strategies, budgets, and timelines.
  • Execute outreach programs in accordance with established plans.
  • Coordinate logistics, resources, and volunteers for program activities.
  • Ensure that programs are delivered efficiently and within budget.
  • Foster relationships with community leaders, organizations, and stakeholders.
  • Engage with community members to gather input and feedback to inform program improvements.
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess program impact.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Prepare regular reports on program progress, outcomes, and challenges.
  • Maintain detailed records of program activities and expenditures.
  • Provide training and support to program staff and volunteers.
  • Organize workshops and capacity-building sessions for community members.
  • Ensure programs adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain transparency and accountability in program activities.
