Job Description
The Jobs:
- Planning & execution of S&R events.
- Reporting monthly events / activities in the monthly management meeting in the absence of Executive/Asst Executive (Sports & Recreation).
- Meeting short-term and long-term objectives of Sports & Recreation events/activities management/organisation in the Club.
- Checking on event venue and ensuring that required set up is done in an appropriate manner.
- Liaising with external vendors on rates and programs.
- Preparation of formal event proposals to Executive/Asst Executive (Sports & Recreation).
- Sourcing for sponsorship for major Sports and Recreation events
