Position Title: Project Administrator

Working Location: Tuas Crescent

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday – Friday 8 am – 4.45 pm, Saturday 8 am – 12 pm)

Salary Package: Up to $2,300 + VB

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager and QA/QC Manager with daily operations to ensure project efficiency.
• Support the Head of Department in developing and upholding the QC system compliant with ASME codes.
• Prepare, manage, and oversee the QC Manual in alignment with ASME standards.
• Facilitate the procurement of materials as required by the project team.
• Generate and manage reports related to project progress and quality control.
• Maintain organized records, manage filing systems, and handle documentation.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless task execution.
• Undertake clerical duties to support project activities.
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.
