Job Description
Peak Ocean Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to support our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging daily entry and access for workers, ensuring worker passes are approved, and liaising between the client Opts Team and Support Project Manager regarding administration tasks.
Additional responsibilities include managing daily timesheets, delivering urgent tools to the site, arranging food and equipment for the job, consolidating drawings for the site team, and raising requisitions for inspections as needed.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 3 months
Work Location: In person
