Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedule and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and implement project planning and scheduling.
- Exercise cost control and budget management.
- Analyze performance against project targets.
- Ensure quality meets customer expectations.
- Liaise with R&D, Manufacturing, and Purchasing departments.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Precision Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year experience in engineering, preferably in automation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Able to read schematic drawings.
