Job Description

The Event Services Executive plays a crucial role in supporting our clients’ event venue needs. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements and collaborating with the Venue Operations department to customize venue facilities accordingly. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver quality event services.

The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work independently. Availability for long hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, is required. Frequent travel between office locations, client sites, and event venues is also a key aspect of this position.
