Responsibilities:

• Setting realistic and clear expectations and KPIs, and circulating these expectations
• Developing a detailed project management plan
• Supervising, updating, and tracking progress of every phase of the entire project lifecycle
• Delegating responsibilities and coordinating with task owners
• Coaching and motivating through building strong professional relationships
• Conducting high-level productive meetings such as project status weekly standups and retrospective meetings
• Measuring and evaluating performances using appropriate and accurate systems, techniques, and tools
• Understanding the use cases of technology products in the education industry and developing products accordingly

Requirements:

• Main scope: Development of software and applications (except games and cybersecurity)
• Project management experience with technology products in the education industry
