Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager for residential and commercial renovation works.
Jobs Scope:
- Coordinate and manage full lifecycle renovation projects.
- Liaise with client, vendors, contractors, designers, and consultants.
- Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks, managing project schedules, and communicating expected deliverables.
- Manage timelines, schedules, and resource/manpower availability.
- Tracking and reporting on project progress.
- Conduct quality checks for projects.
- Ensuring timely and smooth project handover within stipulated timelines.
- Prepare and manage estimates, budgets, timetables, and resources.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years relevant experience in the construction/renovation industry.
- Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and staff.
