Job Description
Responsibilities
– Lead project team and oversee project management process
– Carry out project planning, cost control, and documentation
– Coordinate with sub-contractors, clients, and consultants for construction progress
– Ensure quality, timely work, and compliance with regulations
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirement
– Degree in Civil Engineering/Building Construction or equivalent
– 3 to 5 years experience in managing Plumbing, Sanitary & Sewerage projects
– Certificate in BCA Plumbing & Pipefitting preferred
– Risk Management certification at least Bizsafe Level 2
– Experience in handling multiple projects
– Good organization and communication skills
Remarks
– Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, Sat 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
– Working location: Walking distance from Ubi MRT station
