Job Description
Modec Offshore Production Systems (Singapore) Pte Ltd is a leading provider of solutions to the Floating Offshore Oil & Gas market for more than 50 years. We are currently looking for a Project Admin Assistant to join our team.

This is a 36 months fixed term contract role, based in our Metropolis, Buona Vista office.
Responsibilities:
- To provide secretarial and administrative support to the project team throughout the project’s lifecycle.
- Schedule and coordinate logistic support for project meetings.
- Manage and support the mobilization/demobilization of project personnel, including arranging paperwork, documentation, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in updating key project information to relevant stakeholders for reporting and processing purposes.
- Utilize internal systems to support project team with travel-related expenses and approvals.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Open to fresh graduates or experienced hires with up to 5 years of secretary experience in similar industries.
- Minimum GCE N/O level, NITEC in Office Skills, or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Professional Secretarial Certificate preferred.
