Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Prop Trading Project Manager.
As a Prop Trading Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing trading projects within our proprietary trading firm. This includes coordinating with multiple teams, such as traders, technology, and risk management, to ensure smooth execution of the projects and achieve desired outcomes.
You will be expected to develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify and mitigate potential risks, implement improvement initiatives, and drive project efficiency.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the financial industry
- Solid knowledge of prop trading strategies and market dynamics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
