Job Description
Property Executive (Building Facilities)
Our client is a leading player in the automotive industry and is seeking a Property Executive to join their team in Central.
Duties:
- Perform maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Ensure all systems are functioning and coordinate repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections across various facilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders/vendors on maintenance and scheduling.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
