Join CADMUS RESOURCES, a leading firm in building management and consultancy services, headquartered in Singapore with 12 overseas offices. We offer an attractive remuneration package.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of property officers and technicians in shopping malls.
• Liaise with contractors and implement improvement works.
• Handle tenancy and lease management.
• Prepare management reports for clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate/Facilities Management or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fire Safety Manager certification is required.
• Pro-active, independent, and strong communication skills.

Salary: Up to $6,00 + AWS + VB
