We are looking for a motivated Property Officer to join our team at Knight Frank.

Requirements

• 5.5-day work week
• Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in related fields
• 1 year of experience in strata-titled residential property management
• Team player with good communication skills
• Adaptable to a flexible working environment
• Knowledge of BMSMA is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of residential properties
• Oversee common area management through routine checks
• Engage and manage service providers
• Attend meetings and prepare reports
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies
