Job Description
Landsfield Property Consultants Pte Ltd, a leading property management firm, is seeking a dedicated and responsible Property Officer. The job description encompasses a variety of duties including:
- Conducting daily inspections of common areas to ensure proper maintenance.
- Checking other common properties maintained outside of contracted services.
- Addressing and resolving complaints from residents related to common areas.
- Providing assistance on issues beyond the Corporation’s scope.
- Managing and supervising the Technician, Administrative Assistant, and service providers.
