Job Description
You will support the Operations Manager in managing effective operations and maintenance of our retail mall.
Job Description:
- Provide facilities management services for shopping malls.
- This includes cleaning, pest control, horticulture, security management, ACMV, M&E, building services, etc. through our appointed term/sub-contractors.
- Investigate, check, and analyze reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Supervise upgrading projects for the assigned shopping mall.
- Responsible for car park management.
- Manage and attend to all feedback and service requests promptly.
- Promote good relations with partners and tenants.
- Lead the technicians and manage vendor services to maintain professional standards in day-to-day operations.
- Maintain building operation manual and related records.
- Part of the Company Emergency Response Team (i.e., Site Incident Controller, First Aider, etc).
- Part of the Environmental Health Safety (EHS) team for review & approval of permit to work (PTWs), risk assessment, safety checks/audits of the mall.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
