Job Description:

• Assist for purchasing function, source for supplier and negotiate for best price.
• Check and update purchasing document for correctness and adequacy.
• Prepare, issue, and monitor requisitions & purchase orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery and evaluate their performance.
• Maintain and update approved vendor list.
• Negotiate credit terms with suppliers.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth material flow as per production needs.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year purchasing experience.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in purchasing related to building & plumbing.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.
