- Position Title: Purchasing Assistant (Part-Time)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Working Hours: 3 days (8 am – 5:30 pm/6 pm)
- Salary Package: $1,400
- Duration: Part-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Purchasing Manager with daily procurement activities and sourcing.
- Process purchasing orders, monitor order status for timely delivery.
- Compare product deliveries with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and assist with inventory audits.
Qualifications:
- GCE ‘O’ levels and above.
- Minimum 1 year of procurement experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
