Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
  • Position Title: Purchasing Clerk/Purchasing Assistant
  • Working Location: Serangoon North
  • Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8.30 am – 5.45 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $2200 (Basic) + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales and purchase orders with vendors.
  • Obtain and confirm quotations, prices, and availability of goods and services.
  • Oversee purchases related to company infrastructure and office equipment.
  • Manage transactions for purchasing, facilities upkeep, and equipment servicing.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and office needs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
