Job Description
- Request quotation and prices negotiation with suppliers.
- Prepare purchase order, ensure timely delivery and follow through the complete procurement cycle.
- Responsible for construction materials/machinery purchase and maintaining a proper record for receipts and issuance.
- Matching of suppliers’ invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO & DO.
- Maintain up-to-date prices from suppliers.
